About Us

There is one God, eternally existing in three separate divine beings: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit. He is the only sovereign, wise, and good Creator of all things, visible and invisible, who reigns and is King over all creation for His own glory.

The one and only Son of God and Savior of the world. Eternally existing with God the Father, and God the Spirit. He came from heaven, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on a cross, was buried and rose again after three days. He ascended to heaven and will return again.

The Holy Spirit, eternally existing with God the Father and God the Son, dwells in every Christian; convicts someone of sin and righteousness; gives encouragement, helps us in our weakness, intercedes in prayer and empowers us to live a fruitful Christian life.

We were made in the image of God to love God and worship Him. However, since the sin of Adam, all of humanity has been corrupted by, and guilty of, sin. As a result, we are all under the judgment of God, unable to save ourselves.

The Scriptures are inspired by God and are, therefore, without error. The Scriptures are the final authority in what we believe, what we teach, and how we live.

Salvation is made possible by the grace of God through the blood of Jesus who died on the cross. Salvation occurs when one believes in Jesus, repents of sin, confesses that Jesus is Lord and then baptized (immersed) into Christ.

The church is the body of believers who have put their faith in Jesus Christ, who is the head of the church. While the church can do many things, its primary purpose is to tell people about Jesus and make disciples of Jesus.

Heaven and hell are real places that are the two destinations for souls after death. Those who reject Jesus as the Son of God and their Savior will live apart from God in hell for eternity. Those who accept Jesus as the Son of God will live in heaven with God for eternity.
